16 Months

Last Sunday, Henry turned 16 months old. I cannot believe how quickly he is growing up. The time has flown by. He is such a wonderful, delightful child. He is full of energy and keeps me super busy. He loves balls and toy cars. His favorite thing to do is help me cook (and he truly does, by pouring ingredients into the bowl for me and helping me mix/stir things) or pretend to cook his own food with his toy kitchen. If I am making food he either has to stand on a chair next to me the entire time or have a sibling hold him so that he can watch me. Henry loves to play outside. We have to lock all doors and even then keep a vigilant eye on him, or he will get outside. He adores his siblings and gets so excited when we pick them up from school every day. Henry also loves to be around other children. He is outgoing and very friendly. He is such a sweet boy. Henry is really starting to pick up words and talk nowadays. It has been fun to watch him grow and change. He is such a blessing to our family and all who know him.
