Matthias' Hot Date

We take one kid out each month for what we call a "hot date". The child gets to choose the restaurant and then they get Dad's and Mom's undivided attention for the whole evening. It was Matthias' turn in March. He chose our favorite Ethiopian joint. I was surprised and kept asking him if he would rather choose a Chinese restaurant, but he was certain about his choice. He really likes Ethiopian food. ;-) It was as delicious as ever and we had a nice evening with Matthias.
